Do Seek Their Desires from God (a set of haikus inspired by Charles Roberts)

The basic game of

life is one that's rather cruel

as when one form seeks

what they desire most,

the other will lose their "meat".

They went to seek their

desires but in the

end, neither of them got what

they truly wanted.

The black panthers hunt

for a meal to sustain

their two little cubs.

The settler hunts for

the source for endless crying

but one action leads

to another. Do

seek thy meat from God but know

that you must earn it.
